Even internal service needs to improve in terms of agility in service, the agent arrives at 11:00 am at the location to open an account, they call the panel and say that they need to wait, they take the password from your hand and they call on their good will. Unfortunately, I need to humiliate myself to become a customer of this bank, if possible I will go far away.
Total disregard for the customer. You get there and spend 03 hours to be seen, when you are seen, they tell you that they will return in 04 business days for a consignment proposal, result? The year is over, January, February and? ANYTHING! The worst bank branch I have ever seen, I met. The worst manager too.
Totally horrible service, there is practically no priority service (Elderly). Not to mention that they just watch people and do nothing.
